The creator works in mysterious ways.. Different people come into your life for different reasons. Some to help you grow.. Some to teach you life’s hard lessons and some to leave a permanent impression. Cindy has been a pivotal part of my life for a while now.
I hardly know her on a personal level neither does she.. Of course the fault lies with me I never made an attempt to connect on a personal level except for the e-mails and catching up on the social platform. But she’s been considerate enough to respond all the time.
What still surprises me with regards to CINDY is the timing, I was coping with a personal loss looking for a sense of direction. Everything seemed so bleak and gloomy and then it happened. That particular SATYAMEVA JAYATE episode was like a slap on my face and I mean it. It was a timely wake up call.Thankfully it happened sooner rather than later.
It made me think, if someone like her can find courage despite the odds what about myself. Priorities changed and so did my outlook. It’s not been all roses but there’s just enough brightness to last me for a lifetime.
I guess that’s the way the Lord works. He opens the unlikest of doors and helps you find hope from a seemingly depressing situation.
Both of us are working towards one common goal to touch people’s lives and bring about a change. At times our values merge and we find common ground. She serves up my daily dose of inspiration and I do know there’s a silent whisper of prayer for me from her side. For now that’s more than sufficient to keep me going.
