I found myself smiling when I saw the prompt. Goal eh?. It seemed more like a joke. I didn’t even know I could write so well. Of course my English was impeccable but the writer in me went into hibernation right after high school. I started my journey like an aimless wanderer. No aim or direction. It was more of a random start to find solace. Little did I know that blogging would pave the way to explore my real self, What followed was three years of pure awesomeness.
What a metamorphosis it has been – The caterpillar transforms itself into a butterfly. I have an audience – people who have accepted me for what I am. People who have managed to single out my voice despite the huge crowd. The stage has been set for what is to come. It’s time to re-invent myself. It’s time to have a GOAL.
I bare myself for everyone to see with just one objective in mind – To touch lives and be the voice of the specially privileged and the loved ones surrounding their lives. I am a survivor and my voice speaks for them. The journey ahead is long and tough but I know where my destination lies.
