GOD ON A HARLEY – SHORT SWEET AND SOOTHING

GOD

I picked this one up just for the title. The Almighty on a Harley Davidson bike. The visualization was fascinating. What could be the premise?  The questions within evoked a sense of curiosity.  The book was tiny too.  I decided to finish it in one go.

As I flipped through the pages the clarity of thought astonished me. The plot is pretty simple – A 37 year old worn out woman finds God and re-discovers herself.  Each page has a heart-warming lesson for everyone. It’s like listening to the voice within us. The book is neither preachy or sermonizing just straightforward answers to questions that haunt us day in nor day out.

The book is a wonderful example of the “KEEP IT SIMPLE” formula. You don’t always need over the top characterization or complex plots to engage your readers. Just simple straightforward stories can make an impact. I have seen books meander before coming to the actual premise. God on a Harley is a refreshing change.

Go for it – God on a Harley is a tiny treasure trove.

My rating – A perfect 5/5
